Permission Presets
Reusable rank designs- /rhcarwipe
- Opens the admin menu for players who have the Open menu permission when Config.MenuAccess.CommandEnabled is true. Disable it for item-only access.
- Wipe Tablet
- When Config.MenuAccess.TabletEnabled is true, using Config.MenuAccess.TabletItem opens the same permission-protected menu through clientloader/RH-Bridge. Using the item plays a physical tablet-holding animation and prop while the menu is open, then cleans it up when the menu closes. The item is not consumed.
- /wipe
- Runs an immediate vehicle wipe using the current whitelist, protected resources, emergency protection, and safe zones.
- /startwipe 5m
- Starts a manual countdown. Accepted examples include 180, 5m, 1h, and 1:30.
- /cancelwipe
- Cancels the active manual countdown when Cancel command is enabled and the player has permission.
- Next wipe
- Shows the live time remaining before the current automatic or manual wipe.
- Mode
- Auto means the repeating interval is active. Manual means an admin-started countdown is running. Idle means no countdown is active.
- Wipe Now
- Immediately removes eligible vehicles. Protected vehicles and vehicles inside matching safe zones remain.
- Countdown
- The amount used by Start. Enter seconds or a duration such as 5m or 1:30.
- Cancel
- Stops the active manual countdown and returns to the normal automatic interval when enabled.
- Auto interval (seconds)
- How often automatic wipes run. Example: 7200 = 2 hours. Set 0 to disable automatic wipes.
- Manual countdown (seconds)
- The default duration used by Start and /startwipe when no custom duration is supplied. Example: 180 = 3 minutes.
- Timer threshold (seconds)
- How early the persistent on-screen countdown becomes visible. Example: 900 shows it from 15 minutes. The final 10 seconds always remain visible.
- Cleared banner (ms)
- How long the Vehicles Cleared confirmation remains on screen. Example: 4000 = 4 seconds.
- Popup duration (ms)
- How long normal warning notifications remain visible. Example: 4000 = 4 seconds.
- Timer label
- The heading displayed on wipe countdowns and notification previews, such as Vehicle Wipe.
- Timer position
- Chooses where server wipe notifications appear. Move Mode lets you drag the preview or use quick Top, Centre, and Bottom buttons. Save Position writes and verifies the position so it loads again after a resource or server restart.
- Notification UI
- Changes only the in-game wipe notification design. There are 58 selectable notification styles in this build. Click any preview card to play it instantly and select it.
- Premium notification collection
- Prism Edge through Nexus Split remain available, alongside Emoji Pop, Emoji Capsule, Emoji Stack, Speedometer Dial, Hologram Ticket, Digital Flipboard, Luxury Monogram, and Gaming Achievement. Each uses the saved Notification Color and works for warnings, the persistent timer, and completion messages.
- Menu theme
- Changes only the visual styling of /rhcarwipe: colours, surfaces, borders, buttons, inputs, and panel treatment. It never moves sections or changes the selected layout. This build contains 68 selectable menu themes, including seasonal, scenic, modern, luxury, gaming, sky, and galaxy/image themes.
- Menu layout
- Changes only the structure: sidebar or top navigation, panel columns, Access, Presets, Settings, and other section positions. It keeps the selected menu theme, accent colour, and notification design unchanged.
- Accent color
- The server-wide menu accent saved for everyone.
- Notification color
- The server-wide accent used by wipe warnings and the persistent countdown.
- Your accent color
- A personal local override for this player only. It does not change the saved server theme for others.
- Only remove NPC vehicles
- When enabled, wipes only delete ambient GTA traffic and parked NPC cars. Vehicles saved in a supported ownership table with a citizen ID, licence, owner or character ID are protected by plate. Mission/script vehicles and unknown population types are also kept for safety.
- Database safety
- The script checks common QB/Qbox, ESX and custom owned-vehicle table names. Add a custom table name to Config.OwnedVehicleTables when your garage uses a different table. If ownership data cannot be verified, the wipe is stopped instead of risking a purchased vehicle.
- Notify minutes
- The minute milestones that send short warnings. The defaults 10, 5, 3, 2, 1 notify at each of those remaining times.
- Prism Edge
- A faceted glass notification with an angled crystal mark, diagonal light sweep, and a separate premium countdown block.
- Royal Crest
- A luxury crest-style card with a jewel emblem, refined framing, and a polished high-end presentation.

- Obsidian Glass
- Deep black glass-style surfaces, soft accent lighting, rounded panels, and polished translucent-looking layers without changing the menu layout.
- Glacier Ice
- An arctic ice theme with colder blue surfaces, frozen-glass edges, cyan glow, and much less flat white so it feels properly icy instead of washed out.
- Aurora Mesh
- A dark premium mesh design with layered cyan, violet, and accent glows. Best for a more colourful modern admin panel.
- Carbon Edge
- A sharp graphite and carbon design with angular highlights, tighter corners, strong separators, and performance-dashboard styling.

- These sky themes add drifting cloud layers, soft light sweeps, subtle particles, and depth so the menu feels alive without making the interface harder to read.
- Notifications and glass
- All standard notification previews inherit the sky-luxury treatment through frosted glass panels, clean blue reflections, and warm sunlight highlights where appropriate.
- Scenic collection
- Frost Lake, Summer Vibes, Emerald Shore, Sakura Valley, Sakura Shores, Bluewater Estate, Amber Sunset, and Alpine Winter use full scenic artwork while retaining the selected menu layout.

- Country and date editor
- The Settings page lets administrators choose England or another supported country, edit all four season date ranges, enable or disable each holiday, and change the Halloween, Christmas, and Easter windows. England is the default.
- Classic Sidebar / Glass Sidebar
- Traditional left navigation. Glass Sidebar uses the same familiar structure with a broader content treatment.
- Operator Columns / Three-Column Sidebar
- Workspace-focused layouts for Access, permissions, presets, and dense administration pages.
- Standard / Split / Slim / Centered Top Navigation
- Text navigation across the top with different spacing and content arrangements.

- Full-Width Top Navigation

- Icon Sidebar / Wide Icon Sidebar
- Uses real page icons on the left. Hover an icon to see its page name. Wide Icon Sidebar keeps the broad full-width content arrangement.

- Floating Icon Navigation
- Uses a centred floating icon bar while preserving the wide content workspace below.
- Sky Lounge Dashboard
- A dedicated dashboard-style layout designed around the sky-luxury presentation while still supporting every normal RH-Carwipe page and permission.
- Layout count
- There are 17 selectable menu layouts in this build.
- Saving layouts
- Selecting a layout previews it immediately. Press Save to store it in rhcarwipe-settings.json so it loads after a resource or server restart.
- Occupied vehicles
- With Config.SkipAnyOccupiedVehicle enabled, a wipe never deletes a vehicle while any player or NPC ped is inside it.
- NPC-only safety
- Config.NpcVehiclesOnly protects database-owned vehicles by plate/ownership data and targets ambient NPC traffic instead of purchased player vehicles.
- Emergency protection
- The server checks protected classes, models, emergency class/siren state, protected resources, and configured safe zones during every wipe.
- Batched deletion
- Eligible vehicles are deleted in small batches using Config.WipeDeleteBatchSize and Config.WipeDeleteBatchDelayMs instead of hammering every network entity in one server tick.
- Repeat cooldown
- Config.WipeRepeatCooldownMs prevents overlapping or back-to-back wipe requests while the previous OneSync deletion batch is still settling.
- Low-idle emergency tracking
- Client emergency tagging is event-driven where possible. The redundant full vehicle-pool scan is disabled by default because the server performs authoritative safety checks during a wipe.
- Countdown sound
- The sound played for wipe warnings and the final countdown.
- Wiped sound
- The confirmation sound played after eligible vehicles have been cleared.
- Volume
- Controls wipe audio volume from silent to full volume.
- Final beep start (seconds)
- The number of final seconds that receive one beep each. Example: 10 beeps from 10 down to 1.
- Sound enabled
- Disables or enables wipe sounds without changing the selected files.
- Preview buttons
- Play each configured sound locally so it can be checked before saving.
- Protected classes
- Vehicle class numbers that are always ignored by wipes. Class 18 normally covers emergency vehicles.
- Protected models
- Individual vehicle spawn names such as police, ambulance, or firetruk. Use exact model names.
- Protect emergency
- Keeps emergency-marked and siren emergency vehicles safe when enabled.
- Detected resources
- Resources containing streamed vehicle models. Select one to protect the models detected inside it.
- Whitelisted resources
- Selected resources whose detected vehicle models are protected. Remove a resource to stop that resource-level protection.
- Important
- When a garage resource spawns models streamed by a different vehicle pack, protect the actual vehicle pack or add the model names manually.
- Name
- A clear label used to identify the safe zone in the list and logs.
- Radius
- The protected distance around the saved vector3 centre, measured in game units/metres.
- Coords
- The vector3 centre of the zone. Use Current Coords fills this from your player position.
- Allowed jobs
- Optional job names such as police, ambulance, or mechanic. Leave empty to protect eligible vehicles for everyone inside the zone.
- Add Zone
- Saves the name, radius, coords, and allowed jobs currently entered.
- Use Current Coords
- Copies your current position into the Coords field without saving yet.
- TP
- Teleports you to the vector3 currently typed into the form so the location can be checked.
- Place Zone
- Starts the in-world placement tool for positioning and sizing the zone before saving it.
- Online Players
- Lists currently connected players. Select a player to grant new access or edit their existing access.
- Menu Access
- Lists every saved access entry, including offline users and protected config entries.
- Preset
- Loads a reusable permission set such as Owner, Admin, Mod, or a custom rank.
- Open menu
- Required permission. It is always enabled for every access entry.
- Save Permissions
- Creates or updates the selected player access entry using the checked permissions.
- Remove Access
- Deletes the selected runtime access entry. Protected owner/config entries cannot be removed.
- Manage Ranks
- Opens the full preset editor for renaming ranks, changing permissions, duplicating ranks, or deleting custom ranks.
- Command + Tablet
- Set CommandEnabled = true and TabletEnabled = true to allow both /rhcarwipe and the Wipe Tablet.
- Tablet only
- Set CommandEnabled = false and TabletEnabled = true. The /rhcarwipe command is not registered, and the configured Wipe Tablet becomes the normal way to request the menu.
- Command only
- Set CommandEnabled = true and TabletEnabled = false to use /rhcarwipe without registering the tablet item.
- Wipe Tablet item
- Config.MenuAccess.TabletItem defaults to wipe_tablet. Add that item to your inventory's item list. clientloader/RH-Bridge handles the supported framework/inventory usable registration. The bundled ox_inventory template uses a local client event (cw:tablet:useItem) instead of a cross-resource export, avoiding export/start-order errors. Using the item plays the tablet animation/prop until the menu closes and does not consume the tablet.
- Permissions still apply
- Having the Wipe Tablet does not grant admin access. The player must still have Open menu permission through Config.Admins or the saved Access list.
- AllowFirstAdminClaim = false
- No automatic owner is created. Seed at least one permanent licence in Config.Admins or keep an existing saved access entry in rhcarwipe-settings.json.
- AllowFirstAdminClaim = true
- Only when no configured or saved menu admin exists, the first eligible menu open can create the first Owner. Once an admin exists, later players cannot self-claim.
- Included templates
- The resource includes a flat install_items folder in the same format as the supplied item templates. There are no per-inventory subfolders. Each template file contains only the wipe_tablet item and no unrelated items.
- ox_inventory
- Use install_items/ox_inventory_items.md. It uses client.event = cw:tablet:useItem, so ox_inventory closes its UI and then RH-Carwipe requests the permission-protected menu without relying on a resource export. The tablet is not consumed. Restart ox_inventory (or restart the server) after changing the item definition so the item catalogue reloads.
- QB-Core / Qbox inventories
- Use the flat template named for your inventory, such as qb_inventory_items.md, qbx_inventory_items.md, ps_inventory_items.md or aj_inventory_items.md, and add that single wipe_tablet entry to your item table.
- ESX inventories
- Use install_items/sql_items.sql for an ESX-style SQL item entry. The install_items folder also keeps the supplied inventory-specific template names, including esx_inventoryhud_items.md.
- Changing the item name
- If Config.MenuAccess.TabletItem is changed from wipe_tablet, change the key/name in the installed inventory template to exactly the same item name.
- Item image
- Templates use wipe_tablet.png where the inventory supports image fields. Add your preferred tablet icon to that inventory's normal image directory or change the image field.
- Repair Vehicle
- Repairs the selected player's current vehicle when they are in or near an eligible vehicle.
- Remove Vehicle
- Removes the selected player's current or nearby vehicle.
- Radius
- The distance used by Remove Radius around the selected player.
- Remove Radius
- Removes eligible vehicles inside the chosen radius while still respecting configured protections.
- Required dependency
- clientloader / RH-Bridge must be installed and started before RH-Carwipe. It provides the compatibility layer used by the Wipe Tablet and other bridge-aware integrations.
- Tablet does not appear or work
- Confirm TabletEnabled is true, TabletItem matches the exact inventory item name, the item exists in your inventory's shared item list, and clientloader started successfully.
- No permission
- Check that the player's full licence is present in Config.Admins or that the saved Access entry includes Open menu. A tablet item alone never bypasses permissions.
- Purchased vehicle safety
- If your garage uses a custom owned-vehicle table, add that table name to Config.OwnedVehicleTables before enabling wipes on a live server.
- RH Development support
- Discord: discord.com/invite/rhdevelopment
- Search
- Filters the audit list by player, action, identifier, or log text.
- Clear Logs
- Clears all logs or only wipe/admin log groups. This requires the Clear logs permission.
- Cancel command
- Allows /cancelwipe and the menu Cancel button to stop manual countdowns.
- Debug
- Prints additional resource information in the FiveM server console for troubleshooting.
- Save buttons
- Changes are not permanent until the relevant Save button is pressed. Saved settings persist in rhcarwipe-settings.json.
- Units
- Intervals and countdowns use seconds. Popup and banner durations use milliseconds: 1000 ms = 1 second.
