    Welcome to Stratacast, a subscription-based horse racing prediction platform serving users in the UK and Ireland. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

    1. Subscriptions & Access

    Access to Stratacast's premium features requires a monthly subscription, handled by a third-party provider. While payment is expected to be immedate, please allow for up to 12 hours before contacting about account issues.

    2. Account Usage

    • Accounts must not be shared among multiple individuals.
    • Your IP address will be logged to detect and prevent abuse. Access is limited to a small number of devices (e.g., PC, phone).
    • We reserve the right to ban or remove accounts that attempt unauthorized access, scraping, DDoS attacks, or redistribution of our content.

    3. Refund Policy

    Refunds are evaluated manually on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted only if a user experiences a provable technical failure that prevented access to the service for an extended period.

    4. Data & Features

    • Historical predictions for all strategies are available for free on our Predictions page without requiring an account.
    • Our prediction models are updated bi-weekly to reflect improvements and result analyses.
    • The Professional plan includes additional benefits such as early race predictions and email support access.

    5. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate access at any time if users violate our rules or attempt to abuse the service.

    By using Stratacast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

    1. Data We Collect

    We collect only the necessary personal data to verify account eligibility and deliver services:

    • Email address
    • First name
    • Age (to confirm 18+ eligibility)
    • IP address (for security/device access management)

    Passwords are stored securely using cryptographic hashing. No raw passwords are ever stored.

    2. Use of Cookies

    We do not use cookies. Instead, we rely on local browser storage to manage login tokens. These are stored only on your device and are not shared or tracked.

    3. Data Sharing

    We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties. The only exception is our payment processor (Nochex), which handles subscriptions externally under its own data policy.

    4. Data Deletion

    Upon account deletion or termination, all user data — including personal details and account records — is fully and permanently deleted from our systems.

    5. Security

    Our system is self-hosted and protected through secure access controls, IP filtering, and encrypted data practices.

    While our model has been historically successful — including performance data and strategies labeled "All", "Points", and "Accuracy" — no prediction is guaranteed to win. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

    2. User Responsibility

    Gambling carries risk. Users should only wager money they can afford to lose. We do not encourage irresponsible gambling and accept no liability for any financial losses incurred using our strategies or predictions.

    By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws and regulations regarding gambling and data use.

    All race information and horse data used in our predictions are provided by a third-party source. We do not guarantee the accuracy of external data, and users should verify any relevant details before betting.

    5. Independent Use

    We are a predictions platform — not a bookmaker. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and any resulting consequences.
