License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and Arseny
Samolevsky ("Licensor") regarding your use of PixelDraw ("Software").
Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use PixelDraw for personal and commercial purposes. You may create, edit, and
export pixel art using the Software.
Restrictions
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Ownership
You retain full ownership and rights to any artwork created using PixelDraw. The Software
itself remains the intellectual property of Arseny Samolevsky.
Privacy
PixelDraw operates entirely in your browser. No personal data, artwork, or usage information
is collected, stored, or transmitted to external servers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Arseny Samolevsky be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate
automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which Arseny Samolevsky resides, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
By using PixelDraw, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it,
and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
