License Grant
Aseny Samolevsky grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Interval
application ("Software") for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth herein.
Permitted Use
You may use the Software on any device you own or control. You may make backup copies of
the Software for archival purposes only. The Software is provided as a web application
and may be accessed through compatible web browsers.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) modify,
adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software; (c) distribute, sell, lease, or
sublicense the Software to third parties; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices or
labels on the Software.
Data and Privacy
The Software may store user preferences and session data locally on your device. No
personal data is transmitted to external servers without your explicit consent. You
retain full control over your data and may delete it at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Aseny Samolevsky disclaims
all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aseny Samolevsky be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software,
even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by
discontinuing use of the Software. Aseny Samolevsky may terminate this license if you
fail to comply with any terms herein.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction where Aseny Samolevsky resides, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
By using the Interval application, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
