Aims of this App:
Tip
Using arrow keys for dragging is Much smoother if we don't Zoom in/out.
Positioning the protractor is easier if we 'Hide Decimal Places.' (toggle button).
Tip for easy measurement (first position accurately / carefully, then rotate)
Place the protractor so that the center of the base is at the vertex of the angle.
Hold Shift key down, & use Arrow keys to rotate the protractor.
Read the angle from the protractor.
Confirm measurement from the angle display.
Why does theProtractor move so slowly; can't we speed it up?
It moves slowly to allow for accurate positioning.
On touch screens, one may use a finger to drag the protractor.
DRAGGING THE PROTRACTOR (use the 4 arrow keys)
The up and down arrow keys are used for dragging up and down.
The left and right arrow keys are used for dragging left and right.
You may use the mouse drag.
On touch devices, you may use a finger.
ROTATING THE PROTRACTOR (Shift key + Right / Left arrow)
Shift + Right Arrow for clockwise rotation.
Shift + Left Arrow for anti clockwise rotation.
You may use the mouse drag.
On touch devices, you may use a finger.
On a laptop, you may enlarge the page by pressing 'Ctrl and +' together on Windows,
or 'Command and +' together on a Mac.
On a mobile device, you may zoom in by pinching the screen.
