Vixen (VXN) License v1.0

This License governs the use of the software, code, assets, or content (collectively, the "Work") and is intended to exclusively authorize its use through the Lutilla platform only. By using or modifying the Work, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

1. Authorized Platform Use Only

You are granted permission to use, modify, and distribute the Work solely within the Lutilla platform or its officially recognized environments, runtimes, or tools.

Any usage of the Work outside of Lutilla is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstance:

• Use or adapt the Work for platforms, tools, frameworks, or engines other than Lutilla.
• Fork, mirror, or redistribute the Work in a way that enables its use outside Lutilla.
• Remove or alter any license notice or attribution associated with this Work.
• Circumvent platform restrictions to enable unauthorized use.

3. Modifications and Derivatives

You are permitted to modify the Work for use in Lutilla, including creating derivative works. However, all modifications and derivatives must:

• Be clearly attributed.
• Remain exclusive to the Lutilla platform.
• Inherit this same license.

4. Commercial Use

Commercial use, including selling, monetizing, or charging for access to the Work or any derivative, requires prior written permission from the copyright holder.

5. Sublicensing

Sublicensing is not allowed. You may not re-license or distribute the Work or derivatives under any other license or terms.

This license is immediately terminated if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Work.
