Please write a PHP script. I'll explain the spec of the script below:

There is a folder named "logs".
There are many files in the logs folder.
The format of the filename of those files is "Y-m-d-H-i-s.txt" like
"2025-07-08-22-56-03.txt"
Suppose you sort the files in the acending order.
The PHP script will list up the first 10 filenames.
That's it. That's all the script should do.

To write the PHP script, you may feel like loading all the filenames in the folder fisrt,
and then sorting them. But remember there are a lot of files in the folder
like 100000. It really takes time to sort them all.
All you need is the first 10 filenames, so If you know there is a way
to get the first 10 without sorting them all first, you should definitly
use the method.
