Tested on PHP v5.2.0, v7.4.3, and v8.0.5.

If magic_quotes_gpc is 1, GET[test] will be ab\'cd
If magic_quotes_gpc is 0, GET[test] will be ab'cd
(BEFORE) GET[test]=(none)
Run CPreProc::reverseMagicQuote()
(AFTER) GET[test]=(none)
In v7.4.3 and v8.0.5, the following errors will be displayed respectively
if get_magic_quotes_gpc() gets executed. ( The error won't show up if
it's just in the PHP code but not executed.) The error of v7.4.3 can be suppressed
by error_reporting() but the error of v8.0.5 can not be suppressed.
