Superseal PVC Cement Clear-regular bodied

Superseal PVC Cement is a premium quality, clear, medium-strength adhesive formulated for PVC and uPVC fitting and pipe bonding applications. Known for its superior adhesion, fast setting, and waterproof bonding, it is the preferred choice for PVC pipe and fittings OEMs and plumbers. Its high viscosity provides superior bonding strength, making joints leakproof and offering more coverage. Joints made with Superseal PVC Cement can withstand temperatures from -30°C to 90°C and are safe for drinking water, irrigation, wastewater, sanitary pipes, and conduits upon full cure.

How to Use:

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or water.
• Roughen mating surfaces to the full depth of the socket using medium glass paper or emery cloth.
• Apply the solvent cement to both surfaces to be bonded with a dry, clean brush, using a heavier coat at the pipe end.
• The cement will dissolve and soften the surfaces of the pipes and fittings.
• Assemble while the cement is wet. The softened surfaces mix and produce a chemically welded joint upon hardening.
• Hold firmly for 30 seconds to allow initial bonding. Follow the instructions on the can regarding the working pressure of the application and testing environment.
