This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Colten Sus Email Domain (“Email Domain”). By accessing or using the Email Domain, you (the “User”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Email Domain.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Colten Sus grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Email Domain for lawful purposes, including but not limited to accessing and using the services provided under the Email Domain.
2. Payment & Access
• Users who comply with the terms of this Agreement are granted paid access to certain features of the Email Domain, as specified by Colten Sus.
• Access to the Email Domain is provided on a subscription or pay-per-use basis, as outlined in the service documentation.
3. Prohibited Content & Activities
The User agrees not to engage in, promote, or distribute any of the following:
• Adult content of any kind, including but not limited to explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material.
• Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, and distributing harmful or malicious content.
• Any form of content that violates the intellectual property rights of others or violates the law.
4. Compliance with Colten Sus Rules
By using the Email Domain, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the “Colten Sus Rules,” which may be updated or modified from time to time. These rules are designed to ensure the responsible and legal use of the Email Domain.
5. Termination
Colten Sus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Email Domain at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colten Sus, its affiliates, and its employees, from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising out of your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colten Sus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Email Domain.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Colten Sus operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications
Colten Sus reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Email Domain will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
By using the Colten Sus Email Domain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
