Connect Crypto.com DeFi Wallet

Follow the walkthrough guide on how to connect your Crypto.com account to your DeFi Wallet and secure your portfolio by migrating assets to your own DeFi Wallet.

Download Crypto.com DeFi Wallet

The Crypto.com DeFi Wallet app is available for download through the App Store and the Google Play Store.

Back up your wallet

Write down your recovery phrase and store it someplace secure. Do not share your recovery phrase with anyone, including Crypto.com agents.

I understand that if I lose my recovery phrase, I will lose access to all cryptocurrency in my wallet.

Connect your DeFi Wallet

1.	Select 'Import an existing wallet'
2.	Review and agree to the 'Terms of Service' and 'Privacy Notice'
3.	Configure a 6 digit pincode to secure your wallet
4.	Select 'Enter a recovery phrase' and enter the recovery phrase from the previous step

Migrating assets to Crypto.com DeFi Wallet

1.	Inside your DeFi Wallet, click on 'View Settings'
2.	Select 'Connect to Crypto.com App' and follow instructions
3.	Follow your advisors instructions to finalise your DeFi Wallet migration.

Important: Any portfolio assets you do not transfer are considered at-risk.

You're all done!

All your portfolio assets are now in your custody, secured in your Crypto.com DeFi Wallet.

Syncing between the Crypto.com App and the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet app can take up-to 24 hours.
