It is acknowledged that an expert evaluator’s usability assessment of a particular system may not fully capture the needs and issues experienced by the target users. Consequently, our research aims to explore the usability evaluation process by leveraging user interactions with the system and analyzing facial emotions recorded on video during these interactions, with a specific focus on examining the effects of emotion consideration during usability evaluation. The emotions expressed by users while engaging with a given system serve as valuable indicators to verify their satisfaction. This study intends to investigate how incorporating these emotions into the evaluation process can potentially influence the outcomes of expert evaluations."
