§1 Payment Terms and Conditions
  • 1.1 By purchasing a license, you automatically accept the TOS.
  • 1.2 When you purchase a license, you lose the right of return.
  • 1.3 When you purchase a license, you acknowledge that you are buying a virtual product that does not exist in the real world.
  • 1.4 The purchased license is non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties.
  • 1.5 All payments are final, and refunds are not offered.
  • 1.6 The product is delivered digitally, and delivery may take up to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • 1.7 Any unauthorized distribution of the licensed product will result in the termination of the license without compensation.
  • 1.8 Prices for licenses are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • 1.9 The vendor retains all ownership rights to the product; purchasing a license grants usage rights only.
  • 1.10 By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
  • 1.11 Any disputes arising from payment terms will be resolved according to applicable laws in the vendor's jurisdiction.
§2 Proper Use of the Software
  • 2.1 It is strictly forbidden to interfere with the software code, modify, or delete any parts of it.
  • 2.2 Any unauthorized interference with the software will result in the termination of the license.
  • 2.3 Testing cheats or similar software on our anti-cheat system is strictly prohibited.
  • 2.4 Assisting others in bypassing the anti-cheat system will result in the immediate termination of the license.
  • 2.5 Developing or managing cheat projects is prohibited. If such actions are discovered, the license will be terminated.
  • 2.6 Users are prohibited from decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access the source code.
  • 2.7 The software may only be used for its intended purposes as described by the vendor.
  • 2.8 Sharing or redistributing the software without the vendor's permission is strictly forbidden.
  • 2.9 Attempting to bypass or disable security systems within the software will lead to license termination.
  • 2.10 Any modifications to configuration files for unauthorized purposes are prohibited.
  • 2.11 Using the software to violate copyright laws or infringe on others' intellectual property rights is forbidden.
  • 2.12 Manipulating the software to gain an unfair advantage over others is strictly prohibited.
  • 2.13 Users are required to install updates and patches to ensure the software operates correctly.
  • 2.14 Unauthorized attempts to disable or bypass anti-cheat functionalities will result in access termination.
  • 2.15 The use of the software must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
§3 Updates and Support
  • 3.1 The Software Owner undertakes to provide updates and bug fixes for the duration of the license.
  • 3.2 Updates are made available automatically and may introduce changes to the functionality of the software.
  • 3.3 Technical support is only available to users with an active license and takes place through designated contact channels.
  • 3.4 The Owner may revoke your license for a reason not explicitly covered in the TOS if deemed necessary.
  • 3.5 Updates may require users to reinstall or reconfigure parts of the software.
  • 3.6 Users are responsible for ensuring their systems meet the requirements for installing updates.
  • 3.7 Failure to install critical updates may result in limited functionality or termination of the license.
  • 3.8 Support services do not cover third-party modifications or damage caused by unauthorized software.
  • 3.9 The Owner reserves the right to limit or refuse support for users who violate the TOS.
  • 3.10 Updates may include additional security measures to protect the integrity of the software.
§4 Liability
  • 4.1 We are not responsible for issues caused by the user's environment, such as hosting restrictions or hardware incompatibilities. Users may request proof of such claims.
  • 4.2 The Owner is not liable for damages caused by third-party software or modifications.
  • 4.3 The user assumes all responsibility for the proper use of the software.
  • 4.4 The Owner is not responsible for loss of data or interruptions caused by system failures.
  • 4.5 Users must ensure their systems meet software requirements; failure to do so is not the Owner's responsibility.
  • 4.6 We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the software in all circumstances.
  • 4.7 Any misuse or abuse of the software invalidates the Owner's liability.
  • 4.8 The Owner reserves the right to limit liability to the cost of the purchased license.
