Vulpes - Terms of Service

By using the Vulpes Discord bot (the "Bot", "Vulpes"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these ToS, you may not use the Bot.

3. User Obligations

By using the Bot, you agree to:

• Use the Bot respectfully and in compliance with Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• Respect other users and not engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior.
• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Repeatedly use commands in a way that could be considered spamming or flooding chat.
• Use Vulpes to promote or engage in illegal activities.
• Use commands in a way that disrupts the functionality of Discord servers or violates the Discord Community Guidelines.
• Use Vulpes to share or distribute sensitive or personal information without consent.
• Use Vulpes for phishing or scamming.
• Engage in command spamming or attempting to crash the bot.
• Use Vulpes to start a raid or engage in raids.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot’s systems.

5. Responsibility

Users are responsible for any violations they commit. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including blacklisting their access to the Bot.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Changes to the ToS

We reserve the right to update or change the terms of service at any time, with notices posted on the support server.
