By default, the obfuscated JavaScript generated by b^%app-name%$ will not run on Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) and old browsers, which don't support the b^document.currentScript$ method. If you want to make your CSS work on IE11 and the old browsers, you need to generate an ID and attach it to the obfuscated JavaScript.

To generate an ID,

Log in to the b^%app-name%$ admin panel if you haven't already done so.

Click the k^Generate ID for IE11$ pane (see below) to open the k^Generate ID for IE11$ dialog box.

Now you have enabled the k^Generate ID for IE11$ feature. From now on, every time you generate obfuscated JavaScript by clicking k^Obfuscate$, an ID is also generated like shown below.
