Webpage Application Global Variables (wagv)

Description
---------------------------------------------
The lifespan of wagv is from when a webpage is open
to when the webpage is closed.

The scope of wagv is confined to an application.
The application can access to its wagv anytime but
can not access to other application's wagv. 

For example, two scripts loaded from two different
<script> tags can share wagv as long as both belong
to the same application.

Use the window array.
