We need both this contract and the electronic application, if you are not taken to a thank you page after clicking submit, you missed a question. Scroll up and find the highlighted in red question(s) and fill it out. This electronic contract will not submit if a required question is left blank, once you submit and are taken to review page, make sure all the questions are answered, then click submit. Once your contract is submited you will be taken to a thank you page, you and I will receive a copy of this completed contract. If you are NOT taken to the thank you page, your contract WAS NOT submitted and you will need to scroll up and find the question(s) you missed and answer them or start over if the contract is gone.
