>probably the admin should receive a notification that %name%, at %email% has won, %%prize%% , not sure how multiple prizes would be placeheld (%prize2%, %prize3% ect...), if there is a contest with 50 prizes, wouldn't they need to be more specific? OK, so your response made me realize that we have mistunderstandings about "multiple prizes per pic." I think you thought it's "mulitple items per prize" I'll explain what I meant by "multiple prizes per pic" Let's suppose the contest owner listed three prizes for the tiger pic. Here are three prizes. prize 1 : Colgate Toothbursh prize 2 : Crest Toothpaste Prize 3 : the following three items Gift Visa worth $30 Walmart Gift Certificate worth $20 Doggy wear from Petco worth $10 Player A clicks the tiger pic, and wins (prize 1) Colgate Toothbursh. And then Player B comes and clicks the tiger pic, and wins (prize 2) Crest Toothpaste And then Player C comes and clicks the tiger pic, and wins (prize 3) the following three items: Gift Visa worth $30 Walmart Gift Certificate worth $20 Doggy wear from Petco worth $10 This is what I meant by "multiple prizes per pic." Clicking a picture will give a different prize to a differnt player. Note that Prize 3 has three itmes. This what I meant by "mulitple items per prize" When a player clicks the pic, a prize ( which contains three itmes ) will be given to the single player. OK, now you understand the difference between "multiple prizes per pic" and "mulitple items per prize" I assume you are interested in "multiple prizes per pic" but you are not sure about "mulitple items per prize." You haven't decided which you go "mulitple items per prize" or "single item per prize" Am I correct? >If we go with the multiple would someone still be able to run a contest with only 1 prize if they choose? Whichever you meant "multiple prizes per pic" or "mulitple items per prize" the answer is yes. "multiple" always can be used as "single" >probably the admin should receive a notification that %name%, at %email% has won, This is a suprize. So the player does not receive any notification email after he clicks a pic? I need to confirm it. Suppose Contest Owner X creates a contest. Player A clicks a pic in the contest. Which of the following persons will receive a notification email? 1. Contest Owner X 2. Player A 3. The super admin (you) You can choose more than one. >Any expiration dates would/should be as listed on each specific prize, if applicable. Exactly what does "listed" mean? Is it just part of the description? For example, ---------------------------------------------- Colgate Toothbursh (Claim before 2018-01-01) ---------------------------------------------- If the script doesn't have to do anything on the date( e.g. 2018-01-01), then it's just part of the prize description and I don't have to write any extra code for it. If the script had to behave differently after the date (like automatically removing the prize) then the date must be entered separately (like start date & end date in the MakeMyContest script ). So you want the script to do something after the date? Or you just want to inform the player of the date?
