=================================================== Admin Panel ================================================== The super admin can see everything, and the regular admins(contest owners) who only can see their contests. The super admin can create as many contest owner accounts as she wants. Sign-up form (has the same fields as photo contest) In the admin area, the super admin can edit the two email notification templates ( [1] reporting a ticket#, [2] reporting a prize ) All contests use these same templates. In the admin area, contest owners can see who won what. can see how much money they have raised and the names & emails of winners. can set the contest start & end time. For each contest, contest owners can specify Title, Time zone, PayPal parameters(email,success URL, cancel URL), Host page URL For each contest, contest owners can edit the price table that maps prices to # of boxes that a player can click. (Example) $5 for 1 box $10 for 3 boxes $15 for 4 boxes $20 for 5 boxes $25 for 6 boxes $30 for 7 boxes $35 for 8 boxes $40 for 9 boxes $45 for 10 boxes For each contest, contest owners can add as many boxes to a contest as they want. ================================================== Front End ================================================== A contest consists of a title and multiple boxes. Each box displays a picture. [Example 1] Suppose the contest owner associates the box of a tiger picture with 1 Colgate Toothbrush. Then, this Player A clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Colgate Toothbrush. The second player, Player B comes and sees the tiger box grayed out and so he can't click the tiger box. -------------------------------------------------- [Example 2] Suppose the contest owner associates the box of a tiger picture with 2 Colgate Toothbrush. Then, this Player A clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Colgate Toothbrush. The second player, Player B comes and clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Colgate Toothbrush. The third player, Player C comes and sees the tiger box grayed out and so he can't click the tiger box. -------------------------------------------------- [Example 3] Suppose the contest owner associates the box of a tiger picture with 2 Colgate Toothbrush and 1 Dove Soap. Then, this Player A clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Colgate Toothbrush. The second player, Player B comes and clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Colgate Toothbrush. The third player, Player C comes and clicks the tiger box and he wins 1 Dove Soap. The fourth player, Player D comes and sees the tiger box grayed out and so he can't click the tiger box. -------------------------------------------------- To participate the contest, a player must pay first through PayPal. Upon a successful payment process, the script sends the player a payment notification email that contains a ticket#. Suppose he paid for three boxes. Ticket #: T12345678 -------------------------------------------------- The player enters the ticket# in the contest page. Then the contest will allow him to click up to three boxes. Every time he clicks a box, he receives a notification email that tells him what prize he wins. If he clicks three boxes, then he receives three notification emails. The contest owner also receives the same notification emails as BCC(Blind Carbon Copy). The notification email contains 1. the title of the contest 2. the prize that the player wins and any static text. ===================================================
