Hi Tom, What I was thinking was another way for rescues to raise money, they could create a game and have prizes people could win. So example, each card turn is $2 (or whatever they want to charge), if someone pays $6 dollars they get up to 3 tries to match, if they pay $20 they get up to 10 tries, once they match they win a prize and their turn is over. So if they pay $10 and win/match on the second turn, they win that prize and their turn is over. A card turn is when you turn 2 cards. We could even have it so that if they pay $20 to turn 10 times, if they win on the 5th turn they can decide to keep that prize or try for a better one. Example ... they pay $20, they turn 5 times and win a $5 gift card or whatever the prize is, it asks keep or try again. If they keep it their turn is over, if they choose to try again, they have 5 more turns coming, the cards they already turned are no longer in play and they may or may not win something, if they decide to take the $5 prize the game starts over. Is something like that possible? ====================================================================================================================== ====================================================================================================================== A card turn is when you turn 2 cards. Do people understand this terminogy "a card turn" ====================================================================================================================== ====================================================================================================================== [Q1] Suppose that a card turn is $2.00 and Mike pays $20 to buy 10 card turns. After he makes 3 card turns, he makes a match and the script asks whether he gets a prize or keeps playing the game. He decides to get the prize. Are his unused 7 card turns compeletely lost? ====================================================================================================================== [Q2] My impression of the game prizes is like this. The prize for 1st match is a $5 gift card. The prize for 2nd match is a $10 gift card. The prize for 3rd match is a $15 gift card. ...and so on. The prize for the next match is always better than the one for the current match. The prize has nothing to do with the picture on the two cards you match. Am I correct? ====================================================================================================================== [Q3] Suppose John starts a game like shown below: After some card turns, he successfully makes a match like He decides to get a prize and leaves( by closing his browser ) Then Maggie comes to start playing the game. Which will she see A or B? (A) All cards are faced down because her game is independent from John's game. (B) All cards are faced down except the match that John made because Maggie and John are sharing the same instance of the game. ======================================================================================================================
